I liked this very much. I always try to talk quietly and cover my mouth when on the cell phone in public, and it never fails to amaze me when other people don't. Also I really agree with not taking a long phone call when you're with a human. This is why I very rarely answer mine- I prefer to call back when I can give the person undivided attention. Also I'd have loved it if he discussed how obnoxious constant texting is, for example when you're out with friends and one of them keeps having annoying text conversations with some chump. Rude!
